How to Apply

The application, with accompanying materials, must be submitted by May 1. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Please follow the steps outlined below to apply to the Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacometrics program. This is an online program.

  1. Please note that you will be applying to the Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacometrics online program.
  2. Plan ahead to meet the application deadline of May 1 in order to start your course work the following Fall semester.
  3. Complete the online application. In the "Application Type" field, select "GRAD-PHARMACOMETRICS-MS" from the drop-down menu.

    ***Please remember that you will not be entered into the system until you have submitted the accompanying application fee. GRE scores are not required for admission decision. International students will need to submit TOEFL (minimum 550 for paper-based test, 213 for computer-based test, or 80 for internet-based test)or IELTS (minimum Band 7 - total) scores.
  4. Please submit the following supporting documentation as well. Your application is not considered complete unless these documents are received by the Graduate School before May 1.

      We favor applicants with a BA, BS, MS, or higher degree in the general areas of pharmaceutical sciences, statistics, epidemiology, medicine, public health, pharmacy, bioengineering, and chemical engineering although related degrees are considered. Official transcripts for ALL prior undergraduate and graduate study as well as transcripts for ALL work in progress are required at the time of application.
    • Three Recommendation Letters: Please submit recommendation letters online. For the "Applicant's Desired Program of Study" field, select "Pharmacometrics (Master's)" from the drop-down menu.
    • Statement of Academic Goals and Research Interests: Please submit your Statement online AND send a Word or *.pdf copy to the Graduate School. Indicate why you intend to enroll in this program and what you expect to get out of this program. Please indicate in your Statement that you are applying for the Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacometrics. When you apply online, you can check whether your application materials have been received by logging into the SURFS system and viewing the checklist. Please allow two weeks from receipt of materials to appear on the checklist.

Remember, the application and the accompanying materials will need to be submitted by May 1 of each year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants are encouraged to submit all of their application materials early. Applications received beyond the deadline will be considered for the next cohort.
