How to Apply
The application form must be submitted by March 15, with accompanying materials submitted by May 1. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Please follow the steps outlined below to apply to the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacometrics) program.
- Please note that you will be applying to the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacometrics) program.
- Plan ahead to meet the application deadline of March 15 in order to start your course work that Fall semester.
- Complete the online application form. For the "Application Type" field, select "GRAD-PHAR SCI-MS" from the drop-down menu.
Please remember that you will not be entered into the system until you have submitted the accompanying application fee. GRE scores are not required for admission decision. International students will need to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores. - Please submit the following supporting documentation as well. Your application is not considered complete unless these documents are received by Graduate School by May 1.

We favor applicants with a BA, BS, MS, or higher degree in the general areas of pharmaceutical sciences, statistics, epidemiology, medicine, public health, pharmacy, bioengineering, and chemical engineering although related degrees are considered. Official transcripts are required for all institutions attended.
- Three Recommendation Letters: Please submit recommendation letters online. For the "Applicant's Desired Program of Study" field, select "Pharmaceutical Sciences (Master's)" from the drop-down menu.
- Statement of Academic Goals and Research Interests: Please submit your statement online. Indicate why you intend to enroll in this program and what you expect to get out of this program. Please indicate in your Statement that you are applying for the Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacometrics) program. When you apply online, you can check whether your application materials have been received by logging into the SURFS system and viewing the checklist. Please allow two weeks from receipt of materials to appear on the checklist.
- Official Transcripts: Please mail these to:
Remember, the application form will need to be submitted by March 15 and the accompanying materials will need to be submitted by May 1 of each year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants are encouraged to submit all of their application materials early. Applications received beyond the deadline will be considered for the next cohort.
