Application and development of NMR methodologies and strategies and their corresponding utility to understand the structure and function of therapeutic proteins in structure-based drug design programs.

1)conformational selection and adaptive proteins 2) Protein NMR chemical shifts and relaxation parameters to understand ligand-protein interactions. 3) NMR and biophysical methods in drug discovery using fragment based drug design.
