Geriatric Pharmacy Practice Residency

The University of Maryland offers ASHP, an accredited residency in geriatric pharmacotherapy in conjunction with the Maryland Chapter American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. The resident gains experience in a variety of senior care environments: community, home care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. The resident will participate in a variety of activities including teaching, research, interdisciplinary rounding, ambulatory care clinics and consulting.
