Reba Cornman, Director, Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research Program (GGEAR), in the Office of Academic Affairs at the University of Maryland Baltimore.

GGEAR is a state funded program which organizes interprofessional educational opportunities for University of Maryland Baltimore students, health professionals throughout Maryland as well as family caregivers. 

The GGEAR Program assists in the support of interprofessional research activities on the UMB campus as well.  Ms. Cornman is affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Geriatrics Education Center Consortium and is President of the Maryland Gerontological Association in addition to serving on numerous boards and advisory committees on campus and of state wide organizations involved in the field of aging
