She has a bachelor's background in pharmacy, and received
her master's degree in pharmaceutical health services research at
the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
She has gained broad research experience having been a part

quality of prescription coverage for the community-dwelling

Some of her recently completed projects include analyses of drug
use and expenditure patterns for the disabled Medicare

beneficiaries across different long-term care settings; and trends
in prescription coverage for Medicare beneficiaries.
She has also made presentations at several national
meetings such as the Academy of Health Services Research and
Health Policy, Drug Information Association, International Society
of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research, and the American
Public Health Association.
