Jennifer
Hardesty, PharmD, Geriatric Pharmacotherapy Resident and
Clinical Instructor at the University of Maryland School of
Pharmacy.
During Dr. Hardesty's residency, she will be involved in many
areas of geriatric practice such as impatient rounding at the
Baltimore VA Hospital, implementing a diabetes-disease-state
management program in a skilled-nursing facility, initiating a
primary care collaborative practice focusing in depression,
involvement in consultant pharmacy practice and hospice rounds, and
governmental and administrative functions for the American Society
of Consultant Pharmacist (ASCP).
