This training module consists of three components: (1) a pre-training survey, (2) training presentation, and (3) a post-training survey.

This survey will be completed both before and after your rotation, and will help assess your beliefs about both geriatric care and interprofessional training. Complete the survey now.

Training Presentation

This video training presentation will address the benefits of interdisciplinary patient-centered care, the health care needs of patients and families living with dementia, and how each team member contributes to the dementia patient's care plan. Launch the video training module.
