‌Sandeep Devabhakthuni, PharmD, BCPS-AQ Cardiology Sandeep Devabhakthuni, Pharm D, BCPS-AQ Cardiology, is an assistant professor and director of post-graduate training in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and the coordinator for our Post-Graduate Year Two (PGY2) Cardiology Pharmacy Residency Program. Dr. Devabhakthuni is an inpatient clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, where he practices in the areas of heart failure and general cardiology.
