Not sure about ASHP/MSHP?  Check out this great list of why you should join!

Once you've decided to join ASHP/MSHP, the membership process is easy!

1. Start by accessing the membership form here.
2. Print and fill it out legibly.  Or if you have the ability to edit PDFs, go ahead and fill it out and send it to any officer electronically.
3. Return the form with a check made out to "ASHP/MSHP Student Chapter" for the appropriate amount ($55 or $15) to any officer.
4. That's it!
