The American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) is the student section of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), representing over 24,500 pharmacy students at all schools in the United States and Puerto Rico.  It is the largest student pharmacy organization nationwide.

Mission:

The mission of APhA-ASP is to be the collective voice of pharmacy students and to prepare pharmacy students to be professionals who provide and promote pharmaceutical care.

APhA as a whole represents all aspects of pharmacy and is determined to promote and progress the profession.

Benefits:

Your membership includes registration with the University of Maryland's Student Chapter, the Maryland State Chapter, the Local Regional Chapter, and the National Organization itself.  It is an all inclusive membership to all aspects of APhA.  In addition, there are several discounts that become available with a membership.
