Veterans Affairs (VA) Education Benefits Information
For the PharmD Program, the Office of Student Affairs assists students with Veterans Administration (VA) education benefits. All new students interested in using VA education benefits must submit the following documentation and forms to Cherokee Layson-Wolf, associate dean for student affairs, prior to the start of the semester enrolled.
- VA Declaration of Intent must be submitted every semester
- Copy of Certificate of Eligibility
Active, full-time members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Marines are eligible for in-state tuition if stationed in the state of Maryland, and with the appropriate documentation. The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Office of the Registrar determines in-state status. Please refer to the Application for In-State Classification for more information.
