All participants must register to attend the US-Thai Consortium. Please see below for information about how to register and any applicable registration fees.

Registration Fees:

The cost to attend this event is determined by the participant’s status. All costs listed below must be paid with US currency:

  • Faculty Members: $300.00 USD
  • Students, Residents, and Fellows: $100.00 USD
  • Guests: $150.00 USD

The deadline to register for this conference is March 31, 2014. Registrations completed after this date will not be processed.

International Registrants:

For the purpose of obtaining a visa, an official letter of invitation will be sent to each attendee at the registration address provided. If you will be traveling to the United States from Thailand and need information about the visa application process, please visit the US Embassy website.
