Please note: Due to clinical placements, PharmD students are required to have completed the initial COVID-19 vaccination series. Students are also advised that clinical sites may require booster vaccinations as well. Annual flu shots are also required.

Plan of Study Usually October (Fall) and March (Spring) The plan of study allows you to plan your upcoming courses and electives if applicable. There is also a reflection that is required to be completed. Due each semester in preparation for following semester’s registration
