Thrive at Work Series: Professional Development Workshops for Faculty and Staff
Did you know that resilient teams experience 23 percent less burnout and 30 percent higher engagement during high-stress periods? This means stronger collaboration and more sustained impact over time. (Gallup Research)
The Thrive @ Work Professional Development Series for Faculty and Staff is a two-part workshop led by Domonic Rollins, PhD, founder of Rollins Consulting Group, an expert in organizational change, leadership, and equity in higher education.
This interactive series gives participants practical tools to strengthen resilience, communication, and team performance across UMSOP. Attendees gain strategies to manage multiple demands, navigate stress, foster inclusion, and build a thriving, high-performing team culture.
Offered through the Office of Institutional Excellence and Engagement, the Thrive @ Work series reflects the University’s core values of well-being, respect, and collaboration. Participants may earn Continuing Education Credits and a digital badge for completing both sessions.
