As a starting point, financial aid assistance requires completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Visit the FAFSA website to complete and submit this form to the US Department of Education. The best potential source of financial aid is the Federal Stafford Loan, which relies on students' completion of the FAFSA.
