Ghania Naeem, PharmD, is the PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacy Resident at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
About Dr. Naeem:
Originally from Pakistan, Ghania Naeem grew up in Howard County, Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency program at Sinai Hospital. Her professional interests include academia as well as ambulatory care, chronic disease management, and infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship, particularly in the aging patient population. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling with her husband, trying new ramen restaurants, and volunteering in community endeavors. Dr. Naeem would like to thank her family, friends, and mentors for their love and support over the years. She is excited to continue her professional journey as the geriatrics resident at the University of Maryland.
