Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the principles of age-friendly care, including the 4Ms Framework, and their significance to contemporary pharmacy practice in diverse global health care settings.
  2. Recognize pharmacist and pharmacy student roles in the development, implementation, and evaluation of age-friendly care initiatives at local, national, and international levels.
  3. Describe strategies to integrate age-friendly care into pharmacy practice to optimize medication use, promote patient safety, and support person-centered care for older adults.
