- Explain the principles of age-friendly care, including the 4Ms Framework, and their significance to contemporary pharmacy practice in diverse global health care settings.
- Recognize pharmacist and pharmacy student roles in the development, implementation, and evaluation of age-friendly care initiatives at local, national, and international levels.
- Describe strategies to integrate age-friendly care into pharmacy practice to optimize medication use, promote patient safety, and support person-centered care for older adults.
