An agenda for the Antimicrobial Stewardship in Long-Term Care Facilities Kick-Off Summit (UAN: 0025-0000-18-112-L04-P) is provided below for the convenience of event attendees.

This one-day summit is intended for pharmacists, physicians, nurses, or other individuals who have interest in these topics. This learning activity is designed with CE sessions and networking opportunities. The CE sessions are interactive, knowledge-based, and focus in the areas of optimization of antimicrobial therapy and promotion of antimicrobial stewardship programs in long-term care facilities within an interprofessional practice framework.
