Event Summary: | Dr. Kimberly Claeys will review best practices to develop antibiograms based on local susceptibility data and practical considerations on how to measure the success of changes made at your practice site incorporating this data. Dr. Claeys, an antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist, will also review common methods used to implement changes utilizing antibiogram data, metrics to measure progress effectiveness, and answer practical questions regarding collection and assessment of this data. |
