About the Video:
At the conclusion of the knowledge-based presentation, the pharmacist will be able to identify the importance and key steps of the 2025 Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process—Collect, Assess, Plan, Implement, and Follow-Up—and recognize how updates in terminology, technology integration, and scope of practice from the 2014 version enhance person-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative care. The pharmacist will also understand how these enhancements support experiential education by enabling students to engage more effectively with preceptors in delivering holistic, outcome-driven patient care.
