Student Rotation Readiness
The Experiential Learning Program supports student success and promotes readiness for pharmacy practice experiences through a combination of structured preparation overview sessions and engagement opportunities. These efforts help students understand rotation expectations, explore available practice experiences, and prepare for successful participation in both Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs and APPEs).
Rotation Readiness Sessions Success
To support student success and readiness for rotations, students participate in a series of mandatory Rotation Readiness Sessions designed to prepare them for Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs and APPEs). Students with excused absences complete supplemental readiness activities to ensure all learners meet program expectations prior to starting rotations.
Overall student engagement in Rotation Readiness Sessions remained exceptionally high across all professional years:
| Class | Engagement Rate |
| P1 | 97.00% |
| P2 | 95.30% |
| P3 | 97.30% |
| Overall Student Engagement | 96.80% |
Attendance exceeded 90% across all readiness sessions.
Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) Fair
