The University of Maryland offers residency and fellowship programs in a wide array of specialties. The University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, in collaboration, offer programs which are 12 or 24 months in duration and are tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of trainees.

The programs provide innovative educational, research, and practice settings in which residents and fellows can gain the knowledge and skills they need to become successful practicing pharmacists and obtain competitive positions in their respective specialties. Program directors are leaders in pharmacy and dedicated to improving the quality of education all residents and fellows receive.

Information about other fellowship programs available for current Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) students at the School of Pharmacy can be found on the School's MedImmune Fellowship webpage.
